Position: Dispatcher

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000, based on experience and skill level.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm or 8:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch plus every other Saturday morning 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Description: Plan, Assign, Dispatch & Communicate Loads to drivers in order to ensure on-time, safe deliveries and pickup, while accounting for Customer/Driver Needs & DOT Regulations.  Maintain Load Status Information Timely & Accurately.  Investigate & Resolve Exceptions.  Maximize Utilization within the Constraints of Regulations.  Accountable for Fleet Profitability.

Requirements: At least two years of dispatch or driver management experience.  Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office is required.  Experience with Truckmate software is a plus but not required.
