Position: HVAC Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Rockford, IL
Salary: $30/hour to $35/hour, based on experience and skill level

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with available overtime
Description: Ensure high-quality HVAC service and installations for residential and commercial clients throughout Rockford and the surrounding areas. Oversee technicians and installers from the field. Help technicians as needed, order parts, take service calls, and perform sales calls. Projects include residential services, commercial services, new construction, retrofits, boilers and RTUs.
Requirements: At least 7 years of HVAC experience. An understanding of and the ability to perform HVAC service and installation in residential and commercial environments.

Compensation: $98K-$119K, based on experience and skill level

Description: Perform skilled repair, maintenance and installation of light commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose and repair commercial package units and RTUs. Provide excellent customer service. Make recommendations regarding the repair and replacement of equipment.
Requirements: At least one year of HVAC experience (residential experience will be considered). This position requires a Universal EPA Certification. Controls experience is a plus. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.
