Position: Retail Sales Associate

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Tampa and Winter Haven, Florida

Salary: Up to $19.00 an hour based on skill and experience level.

Description:  Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and assist with commercial customer accounts.  Identify sales opportunities and solutions.  Order and stock product.  Help customers with electronic questions and installation.  Technical duties include replacing screens, batteries and other components on smartphones and tablets, as well as key cutting and reprogramming of key fob remotes.   

Requirements: At least two years of retail experience, working with customers face to face.  An outgoing, positive personality and the desire to help people is necessary for this position. Experience with electronic or technical retail products, such as wireless, cellular, power devices, lighting, or automotive retail is a plus but not required. Candidates should be technically and/or mechanically inclined.  The ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs is required.
